The COVID-19 pandemic has left the Varsity Club in a very difficult financial position with less than six months of operating revenue currently available.

WE HAVE A GOAL

To raise $200,000 in gifts in the next three months. Please remember that we are our own business entity. We are not a subsidiary of Seminole Boosters or the Department of Athletics. Every penny counts!

WE ARE THE BEST IN THE NATION

• We are the only Varsity Club that assists their athletic department by providing space for meetings, career fairs, receptions, reunions, recruiting dinners, banquets (kick-off and end of the year) and whatever needs they may have for space.
• We are the only Varsity Club in the nation that has 4,000 square feet of reception space and two floors.
• We are the ONLY Varsity Club in the NATION that has skybox seating at a football stadium.

The objective and purpose of the Varsity Club is to provide a membership organization and facility to former letter-winning athletes of Florida State University to perpetuate the legacy, tradition, and values that come from participating in FSU Athletics. Our support comes from valuable FORMER-ATHLETES like YOU!

How Do We Accomplish Our Mission:

The Varsity Club provides opportunities with former teammates and supports an ongoing relationship within FSU Athletics.

• Contribute Annually to the FSU Varsity Club Endowed Scholarship to support student-athletes
• Co-Sponsor National Student Athlete Day
• Don “Doc” Fauls Athletic Award for student athletes that have overcome a significant injury
• Co-Sponsor Annual Career Fair for Current Student Athletes
• Provide Networking Opportunities with Other Former Athletes
• Host the Annual Varsity Club Weekend & Golf Tournament
• Co-Host the Annual Hall of Fame banquet
• Host Reunions/Gatherings for Various Sports for the Past (25) Years
• Assist Coaches & Current Student Athletes with their educational & banquet needs
• Maintain A Nationally Recognized State-of-the-Art Facility

The FSU Varsity Club is not just about a fun game day experience. We play a role in uniting, sustaining, and in most cases reuniting and reconnecting FSU Former Athletes.

We are trusting that we will get through these challenging times. Our Executive Board is calling on all Seminole Letter Winners to display their Unconquered Spirit by helping us reach this goal.
